February is the month of love! So love yourself and make a heart healthy treat “Chocolate Love Bites” Eating these bites will give you energy, support weight loss, good digestion, stronger immunity and beautiful hair. The main ingredients cacao and coconut oil are super foods for the body.
Chocolate ♥ Love Bites
Makes 6 Bites
1/4 c. unrefined, cold pressed Coconut Oil (if hard, melt by placing in bowl sitting over a pan of boiling water.)
1/8 cup honey or real maple syrup
1/8 cup powdered cacao
Pinch of hand harvested sea salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1-2 T. chopped walnuts or dried cherries.
Stir together the above ingredients until smooth. Pour into cupcake papers. Sprinkle each with a few chopped walnuts, almonds or dried cherries.
Freeze until hard. Store in freezer until ready to eat.♥
